• Consolidating the Retail, Corporate, and Institutional Lending Divisions for a major national and multi-brand Bank delivering substantial cost, risk and customer experience improvements.
• Leading an end to end mortgage improvement program delivering a 57% improvement in key moments that matter for customers.
• Embedding a new way of working for over 2,000 Operations Staff delivering a 21% productivity improvement
• Delivering a 50% reduction in operational risk losses for a global IT division with leading operational risk management practices and stakeholder management

Dan was the former Chief Process Officer for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) and a non-executive Director of Property Exchange Australia (PEXA), a global leader in digital lodgement and financial settlement of property transactions.
